Brian is a licensed Ohio plumber (License #45006) with over 30 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing. He completed the Cincinnati Master Plumbers Association education program in 2005—a required step before earning his state license—bringing expert knowledge and proven skill to every job.
Ruth is the friendly voice behind our customer service, making sure every call is handled with care and respect. She earned her Associate Degree in Applied Business from Southern State Community College in 2016 and brings strong management, organizational, and customer service skills that help our plumbing business run smoothly every day.
